BMW 1200RT

This is my wife on our BMW 1200RT on a nice sandy beach up by Aberdene Washington in the winter of 2008. My grandparents Jack and Mattie Malone worked in the ship yards located along Grays Harbor, and built ships during world war two.

In the winter they let you ride on the beaches, and they were packed nice and hard, like riding on a freeway. I think it was funner than riding a horse on the beach. But then you might guess, I like mechanical things, especially well engineered mechanical things. And BMW knows how to engineer really, really good.
